Practices

Seven ways to feel well

Each session is 60 or 90 minutes and shaped around your level, your body and what you want to feel afterwards. Every practice can be booked privately at your villa.

Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga

Many people come to yoga looking for more than a deeper stretch or a stronger body. They want relief from pain, a calmer nervous system, better sleep and a space to reconnect with themselves.

Therapeutic Yoga is my answer to that. Rather than chasing perfect poses, we move with awareness, restore balance and support the body's natural ability to heal. Each session builds on traditional Hatha postures, adapted to your body and guided by evidence-informed therapeutic approaches.

Mat Pilates

Therapeutic Pilates

Pilates has always been a natural complement to my yoga practice. It builds the strength, stability and body awareness that make movement on the mat smoother and more mindful.

In my classes we combine controlled Pilates movements with a range of props: resistance bands, mini balls, hand weights and the magic ring. Each one has a purpose. They deepen muscle activation, improve alignment and challenge the body in new ways, strengthening the core, glutes, arms and legs while improving posture, mobility and coordination.

Expect a full-body session that leaves you feeling stronger, longer and more energised.

Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga offers something we often miss in our fast-paced lives: the chance to slow down and truly listen to the body.

Unlike more dynamic styles, Yin invites you to hold poses for several minutes, gently working the fascia, connective tissue and joints while the nervous system softens. It isn't about stretching deeper. It's about creating space, cultivating patience and finding ease in stillness.

After years of teaching movement, I realised that many people didn't need more intensity. They needed restoration: better sleep, less stress, relief from tension and time to reconnect with themselves. That's why Yin has become an essential part of what I teach.

Sometimes the deepest transformation happens when we slow down.

Meditation & Breath

Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Breathwork

Guided techniques to calm down and de-stress. Pranayama and conscious breathing can relax you deeply or leave you energised; Yoga Nidra takes you into a state of rest that feels like hours of sleep.

Sound Healing

Sound Journey

Sound is vibration, and our bodies respond to it.

Our bodies are largely made of water, which carries sound well. During a sound bath, the layered tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes become something you don't just hear but feel through your whole body.

This creates the conditions for your nervous system to settle. Sound baths can help slow brainwave activity, support deep relaxation, ease the stress response and encourage a shift out of fight-or-flight mode. Many participants tell me they feel calmer, sleep better and even feel more creative afterwards.

Join me for a private session at your villa or a group sound bath.

Duo yoga

Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga is one of the most enjoyable and accessible ways to discover yoga, because it shifts the focus from perfection to connection.

Whether you come with a friend, a partner or someone you've just met, the practice encourages trust, communication and plenty of laughter. Working with another person makes you more aware of your posture, balance and breath, and gentle support from your partner can make some stretches feel easier and more comfortable. You learn to give and receive support, as a team rather than in competition.

For beginners, it's a confidence-building way to start without feeling intimidated. For experienced practitioners, it brings a fresh perspective to familiar poses.

Yoga isn't only about the poses. It's about connection, presence and sharing the experience.

Outdoors

Beach Yoga

There is something special about practising with your feet in the sand, the sound of the waves around you and the sea breeze on your skin.

Beach Yoga takes the practice outdoors onto Phuket's west-coast beaches, early in the morning or as the sun goes down, when the light is soft and the sand is cool. A gentle flow of standing and seated postures leads into breathwork and a short meditation facing the sea.

The soft sand challenges your balance and strengthens the small muscles of the feet and ankles, while the open space and the rhythm of the ocean help the mind let go. It is a joyful, social way to practise, and many sessions end with laughter and a group photo.

Bring a towel or sarong, water and sun protection.
